Hi loves!! You have until 42 hours before your appt to cancel in order to not be charged the cancel fee. If rescheduled, no fee will be charged. If your appt is rescheduled the day of, 100% will be taken but you can use 50% of that fee for your next appt. If it is not rescheduled the day of, you cannot use the balance. No call/noshows will be charged full price of services and if rebooked will require a deposit.
